Role Summary:
As a US Recruiter, you are responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates to meet recruitment goals. Success in this role relies on your ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple positions independently, and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Your focus on detail and discretion in handling confidential information will be key to ensuring a high-quality recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities: 

· Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools

· Screen and interview qualified candidates

· Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment goals

Your Qualifications: 

· A people-person with strong communication skills and impeccable attention to detail

· Skilled at engaging candidates or through outbound prospecting

· Autonomous and able to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions

· Ability to make quick decisions

· Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

· Demonstrated ability to remain focus despite frequent interruptions.

· Ability to treat confidential information with utmost discretion.
