JOB SUMMARY – What it’s all about
Position Title: Prep & Stock Member
Location: Seattle – University Village
Reports to: Store Manager
Pay: $20.76 hourly + tips
We are looking for a dedicated Prep & Stock Member to manage all back-of-house prep, restocking, and storage operations for our University Village store. With our stock room located 6–7 minutes away from the store and heavy inventory to move, this role ensures our team on the floor stays focused on serving guests — while you keep our supplies organized, stocked, and ready.
This role also includes delivering exceptional hospitality behind the counter. When not engaged in prep and stock duties, you will support the store as a Juicer — crafting products, greeting guests, and contributing to the daily workflow alongside the rest of the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – What you’ll do
• Inventory Transport & Restocking: Safely move stock from our off-site stock room to the store multiple times a day, ensuring timely replenishment of products and packaging.
• Back-of-House Prep: Prepare ingredients, portion products, and organize supplies to meet operational needs.
• Storage Organization: Maintain the stock room and back-of-house areas clean, safe, and organized for efficient and quick access. Responsibilities also include dishwashing, cleaning, and waste management.
• Equipment Handling: Safely handle and operate carts, dollies, and other equipment for moving heavy items.
• Operational Support: Assist with opening and closing stock-related tasks to support smooth store operations.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS – What experience you’ll add to the team
• 1–2 years of experience in a stock, prep, warehouse, or back-of-house role (food service preferred)
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (50–60 lbs.) safely and repeatedly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive in managing tasks independently
• Team-oriented with a commitment to supporting front-of-house success

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift between 50 and 60 lbs. repeatedly
• Must be able to perform bending, stooping, crouching, and squatting movements
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures (stock room, prep areas, etc.)
• Must be able to safely handle and move heavy loads with equipment
