Position Title: Catering Responsible
Location: Bleecker Street
Reports to: Store Manager
Pay: $19.25
We are looking for a Catering Responsible to lead catering operations at our Bleecker St location. You’ll be the go-to person for all things catering — from prepping and packaging to coordinating deliveries and ensuring a high-quality guest experience. This is a key role as we prepare for a full-scale catering launch in 2026. Your mission is to test, refine, and deliver our catering experience with excellence and speed starting September 1st.
When there are no active catering orders, you will support the store by working as a Juicer — making products behind the counter and contributing to the daily concept workflow like any other team member.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – What you’ll do
• Catering Operations: Own the end-to-end catering workflow — prep, packaging, timing, and delivery coordination — to ensure every order meets Joe & The Juice standards.
• Process Testing: Collaborate with store and regional leadership to help test and refine catering systems ahead of a wider rollout.
• Team Coordination: Work with juicers and managers to execute catering tasks during the day. Train new team members on catering standards when needed.
• Daily Store Support: Work as a Juicer during non-catering hours — making products behind the bar and supporting daily operations like any other team member.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Maintain the highest level of hygiene, safety, and quality throughout the catering process.
• Sales & Reporting: Track catering orders, manage inventory related to catering, and provide regular updates to the Store Manager.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS – What experience you’ll add to the team
• 1–2 years of experience in food service, catering, or a similar fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple orders or deadlines at once
• Passion for great service, guest care, and operational excellence
• Team-oriented with a flexible, hands-on approach

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift between 50 and 60 lbs.
Must be able to perform bending, stooping, crouching, and squatting movements.
Must be able to safely handle and use sharp objects.
Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill.
