JOB SUMMARY – What it’s all about

Position title: Assistant Store Manager

Reports to: Store Manager

Pay: $20.53 hourly 


As an Assistant Store Manager at Joe & The Juice, you're the right hand to your Store Manager and the heartbeat of the team. You're here to bring good vibes, lead by example, and help create a space where guests don’t just visit — they keep coming back. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – What you’ll do

Operational Requirements: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, while ensuring conceptual store structures are maintained, by enforcing hygiene, health, and safety standards, resulting in the highest local standards and ratings.

Employee Engagement: Assist the Store Manager in developing and engaging the team through daily feedback, in-store training, and employee engagement initiatives

Guest Experience: Ensure a guest-first approach, building strong guest relations following our brand behavior principles and hereby increase overall guest loyalty and overall optimized store performance.

Performance Management: Assist in building sales and optimizing Store-Level Profit to achieve or exceed defined KPI targets.

Talent Development: Support the growth of individual team members by identifying development opportunities and promoting an ongoing learning culture within the store.

Value-Based Leadership: Effectively assist in leading team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.


KEY QUALIFICATIONS - What experience you’ll add to the team

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role

• Experience in being a part of a team of +10 employees

• Excellent interpersonal skills and people skills

• Brings a people-first mindset and a strong desire to grow as a people-centric leader

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Must be able to lift between 50 and 60 lbs.

Must be able to perform bending, stooping, crouching, and squatting movements.

Must be able to safely handle and use sharp objects.

Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill.
